Dr Razaq B. Ijaduola PhD (1st Left) – Software Developer has 8 years of experience on major programming and development projects. He brings extensive knowledge of various platforms and applications and demonstrated ability to design, implement, debug and document applications.
Dr Shashi Vohora DPhil (2nd from the left) – Environmental Expert holds degrees in materials and polymer engineering. She is a Chartered Engineer UK and a Member of the Royal Society of New Zealand as well as a member of the Institute of Materials, England. She has over 25 years experience in the manufacturing sector, in the areas of materials science (plastics), product design, industrial engineering and has been engaged in environmental management for more than 15 years. She has worked in the United Kingdom and New Zealand.
Dr Michael D. N. Dang PhD (2nd from the Right) – Renewable Energy Expert - is a registered professional engineer in the Province of Ontario and is a member of the Experience Requirement Committee of Professional Engineers Ontario. He hold B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Manchester Institute of Science & Technology, England. He has worked for the Central Electricity Generating Board in London UK before immigrating to Montreal where he worked for Shawnigan Consultants Inc. In 1988, He joined Ontario Hydro. His major study areas include power system protection, harmonics, power system analyses, system operations and connections of combined-cycle and wind-turbine generation to the Ontario Grid.
Dr Sergiy V. Kasyanov PhD (1st Right) - Research, Aviation and Public Administration Expert - is a member of Academic Council of National Aerospace University (Ukraine) and has participated in the processes of political, economic and social changes particularly in the civil society and market reforms during transformation of state-run administrative system to the economy of private business after the fall of communism in Eastern Europe. He was awarded the Fellowship of US Department of State while obtaining a Masters in Public Administration from Harvard University. He brings over 20 years of diverse experience in electronic, electric and electromagnetic fields in aerospace engineering, mass privatization, business infrastructure establishing and deregulation of public services and Finance (derivatives Analyst and Senior Financial Analyst) spanning Eastern Europe and North America.

Dr. Gurmeet Bambrah (PhD) (4th from the left) Founder - has over 30 years of diverse Civil engineering, systems engineering, research and international development experience in East Africa, Asia, Western Europe and North America. She is a thought leader on global engineering issues with specialization in systems engineering and dynamic modeling. She is a fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers UK, Member of Association of Consulting Engineers of Kenya which is a member of the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC) and a registered consulting engineer in Kenya. Dr Bambrah has authored many publications and presented papers at numerous conferences.
Kanz Soar MA - Change Manager - who brings fresh and up to date perspectives from Africa, Europe and North America on change management, strategic planning, and marketing as well as collaborative technologies opening new doors to evolving business models.

Mojgan Nemati BSc (3rd from the left) Chief IT - a talented and accomplished web developer and IT application expert who brings over 14 years of information technology, quality assurance and chemical engineering experience in the Middle East and North America.
Tahira Qamar Annan M.Phil (1st left) Chief Outreach and coordination - holds degrees in applied arts and town planning. She brings over 30 years experience in the fields of development, environmental and urban planning spanning across West Africa, Middle East, Western Europe and North America
Olena Vlasova BSc (2nd from Left) – Labour Market Researcher has over 20 years experience in mechanical, nuclear and quality assurance engineering in Eastern Europe and North American regions . She has worked in the fields of mechanical systems design, research and development (R&D) for industrial facilities, power engineering and labour market research.
Tatyana Lofichenko BSc (1st Right) – Labour Market Researcher holds a postgraduate diploma in mechanical engineering from Stankin – Moscow State Technological University and has over 10years of experience in design and development of machinery and contemporary engineering software as well as labour market research in Russia and Canada
